His wealth : 2 Salers oxen, 2 Aubracs, 10 cows, 2 goats, chickens, rabbits...
According to the seasons, the jobs vary : from caring for the cattle and the poultry, to working in the fields, ploughing, sowing, haymaking, harvesting, beating the grain with the treadmill and using the still, taking the walnuts to the mill (to extract the oil), shoeing the oxen, the Estive at Allanche, etc.
