In the vallee of Grésivaudan (Isère, France).
There are good about ten persons to share their feelings, their feld and their questionings on workshops and construction sites of insertion which employ them. In the form of fiction, of report, of interviews, by leaning on texts which they wrote either chose, they wonder about "the prejudices in the insertion" and "the valuation of the person in the work".
A director and a comedienne accompany them in the learning of the techniques of speeches, shots during a trainig in the long course. In passing in front of and behing the camera, the collective experiment allows them to arrest better the image and its construction. The realization of films of workshops is the outcome. "On the paths of the employment, the camera over the shoulder" crosses this adventure.
The director, Catherine Epelly tries to give her all the echo which she deserves.
