The kingdom of Swaziland, also called "Ngwane" is a small country located to the North of South Africa. Within a few decades, the HIV epidemic has taken hold of this kingdom that has become the most infected country in the world, with over 40% AIDS sufferers. Starting with one of the best-known cultural events of Swaziland "Reed Dance", this documentary tries to understand why the disease has spread so dramatically in the "Ngwane" Kingdom, torn apart between tradition and modernism.
