"To count on you" is a film about a group of hospital workers that make part of an union. It is a film about the way these people live and take the union fight on to make sense of their work again. It also reports on their relationship with their co-workers at the hospital who live, as they do, the consequences of the impoverished working conditions at the hospital due the management practices implants in the hospital. A relationship torn between the empathy and the lack of gratitude.
