Bombay is coiled up by the Arabian Sea, its lush palm trees blowing widly in the wind, keeping time with the orchestras of crows. This city of 13 million people is "monsooning," imploding and decaying. As it needs more space, it reclaims the sea, shoring up the coastline with sand and earth.
