Al-Jazira, des voix arabes
Ali Essafi
2003 - 52 min - DV Cam - Couleur - France

If Al-Jazira has taken the lead as the most popular station in the Arab world and everywhere where there are Arabs, it is thanks to the contribution of a generation of journalists who carry the aspirations of millions of ordinary people for progress, for a modern and secular Arab world. We followed three of these journalists during the months of February and March 2003, at a time when the entire world had its eyes firmly fixed on Iraq.
Their debates, reports and intimate thoughts form a different view, a combination of feelings which we need to help us better understand the Arabic frame of mind.
