A short film on the transmission of memory and memories of the Jewish people and the families who were victims of Nazism, whether all their members perished or not. It is a case of, as the poet Benjamin Fondane said, evoking victims in the fullness of their "human face", and not a documentary on Nazism nor on the Shoah. The pictures of camps, corpses or faces behind barbed wire speak only of the executioner.
The subject of this film is to give back to the victims their identity of living beings, to grasp the intensity of the presence of men, women, children, a people every trace of whom was meant to disappear.
