This film proposes to recall the life of two families left France between 1956 and 1958 and whose course carries out until Kazakhstan.
Since their departure, neither the family of Coiled, nor the Landais family could give the foot in France. In the case of Coiled, the choice of Kazakhstan was voluntary and the return hitherto impossible. In the case of Landais, in fact the historical chances carried out them over there. On the other hand, it is only since independence that they emitted the desire of 40 years to come back.
After, the explosion of the Soviet Empire, Perestroika and the independence given to Kazakhstan into 1991 authorises a return in France.
Exiled see finally a gate opening and the hope to return, to be born again. In the months to come, they will make the voyage to Paris. We will thus follow them, from the Central Asia as far as Europe, then through their tour.
