After the Tsunami in 2004, international community reacts to bring aid to the victims.
In the confusion, the French association "Emergency Architects" decides to send 2 architects (a man and a woman) in Sri Lanka.
When they arrive, they discover that their Asian counterparts didn’t wait for them to begin reconstructing the country.
If the man decides to proceed with the mission, the woman vocally questions it’s usefulness.
