Many nationalities are represented in the street of Amsterdam where the Chinese photographer, Mr To Sang has his photo studio : there's a Surinamese-Dutch wig shop "Hollywood Hair", a Pakistani Saree Centre, a Surinamese travel agency "Capricho", a Dutch grocer "Woestenburg", a Chinese jewelry business "Sang Sang" and a Kurdish restaurant "Lokanto Ceren".
Their owners decide to have their portraits taken by Mr To Sang and this process is filmed by the leading documentary filmmaker and photographer Johan Van der Keuken.
