Sounds for Mazin tells the story about the 12 years old Mazin, who is deaf from the day he was born. But now he faces an operation that is supposed to make him hear. Excited about all the new things he might discover, Mazin is looking forward to it. What about hearing all these new sounds? And what about talking with his family? But he keeps on having second thoughts.For one of his closest classmates a similar operation turned out to be a disaster. And even if he succeeds, the world as he knows it might never be the same again.
