Barcelona 2004, year of the celebrated Forum of Cultures and its no less famous “code of conduct” advocating respect for the environment and for human beings of all conditions. In the now abandoned industrial zone the bulldozers and speculators have taken over.
A film about a gutted area, a gigantic building site from which can be seen emerging here and there extravagant towers and other buildings (administrative headquarters, luxury hotels, etc.).
