The French "Health Care System" is called the "Sécurité sociale", and is familiarly known as the "Sécu". It has long been a cornerstone to French society. But the "Sécu" is now completely jammed and faces bankruptcy.
This broadcast analyses the failure of politicians, the blindness of the medical profession, the corporatism of lobbies and the deafness of public opinion : it sheds a new light on the deep crisis French society is undergoing.
