The battered Warsaw is coming back to life after the World War II destruction. The ruins of the Old Town become homes once again. The city slowly rises from the fall, mainly thanks to the people who work hard to rebuild their capital. This film, despite its obvious propaganda message, has an undeniable historical and archival value.
