This first documentary by Vittorio Armentano as director recounts from a phenomenological point of view the execution of a court order for seizure in a working class neighbourhood of Rome, built uniquely on formal and figurative elements without commentary: an attempt to deal with a neo-realist subject in an abstract form. The result is a ferocious experimental film of an intimately political nature.
