The movie Cochon qui s'en dédit is about the relationship between a man and his job. Maxime has a farm where he raises pigs in landless farming — a plan which at first seemed enticing and potentially very profitable, but as time passed all is not well. He struggles in the world he creates despite his best efforts. The monotony of working in such closed quarters with the pigs makes him feel like he's working in a prison or a concentration camp, and all the repulsive elements which accompany such settings.
