Over the course of a stay in Paris, Salah Al Hamdani, Iraqi writer and poet in exile in France for 30 years, lets us into the world of his poetic imagination. “Baghdad-Paris” is a film on the condition of exile and exiles themselves. These "add-ons" to the city enrich it with their different experiences, perspectives and knowledge, and indirectly incite us to embark on our own personal discoveries. This is a film about a man who never gave up the fight and who shares his energy for life through his texts, jubilations and despair.
