"A land of mourning". The second part covers what's been called the "Boody Decade. With three main phases in the violence : targeted terrorism (on intellectuals, journalists, policemen from 1992 to 1994), the export of terrorism to Europe (1995) and massive terrorism on villages (1995 until now). We investigate the responsibilities of the army and secret services in certain manipulations and in the disappearance of over 20,000 people. And we reveal the sometimes-secret talks between those in power and the Islamist movement and the Islamic armed groups.
