In 1930, when his film "A propos de Nice" was released, Jean Vigo theorized about his bias : "This social documentary is different from classic documentaries and from weekly news because of the point of view defended by the author... " Sixty five years later, in a tribute to Jean Vigo, seven film-makers rediscover Nice, its façade and its hidden faces.
