Following the seasons and the daily adventures of Java-the-cow, we discover life on a biodynamic farm.
Bio-dynamic agriculture is innovative and inventive and, at the same time, committed and respectful of soils, animals and the men and women who work on the farm. We see an agriculture that strives for maximum autonomy and, by doing so, radically challenges the current system. Better even, this is a sustainable agriculture that creates employment. We see a ‘harmonious’ farming that truly gives meaning to the ideal of "working the land"....
In fact, agro-ecology might be a better word for fair and respectful farming that allows the soil and the land to regenerate naturally, thus maintaining landscapes, recreating the cycle of auto-sufficiency and the natural exchange between the elements.
This new form of agriculture is also reinventing a social farming model, creating a direct link between producers and consumers or shop owners and markets. Biodynamic agriculture brings citizens closer to the land. It takes a new approach to life...
