Ariane Mnouchkine and her troupe of the "Theatre du Soleil" travelled to Afghanistan to hold a workshop in Kabul.
This humble mission gave birth, amongst the ruins of Kabul, to a young Afghan troupe, the Theatre Aftab, a small Theatre "du Soleil" in Central Asia.
