Dante Lazarescu, sixty-three years old, lives in an apartment with his three cats. On a Saturday night, he feels sick and calls an ambulance. While waiting, he tries out some drugs he had at home, but when running out of it, he rings at Sandu and Miki's door, his neighbors', asking for help. They accept to give him assistance even though they were busy with chores. The nurse eventually comes up. As she smells the lingering odour of alcohol in her patient's breath, she gives him vitamins and glucose but, after a deeper inquiry, decides to take him to the hospital. The plot thickens... A fiction with a documentary-like accuracy, tinged with black humour.
