The case study of the film Braddock America will give us the opportunity to trace its production history — following its presentation in the 2011 Lussas workshop "Write and develop a creative documentary". The debate following the screening of the film will focus on the issues examined all along this week concerning the forms of artistic collaboration between directors and editors. The film received support for writing and development from the Aid Fund for Audiovisual Innovation (FAIA) and the CNC feature film advance on box-office revenues. It was presented during the Acid program at Cannes in May 2013. Zed Distribution will release the film in theatres in February 2014.
