The construction of a dam, between 1954 and 1959, led to the birth of an infrastructure to install people, and their families, who would work on this project. The location coincided with one of the most backward areas of the country, the Village of Picote. Today, we find this urbanization deserted and degraded. Why? We looked, among the memories of the architecture, for some answers.
