Two episodes of the anthology by Bujor Rîpeanu and Cătălina Fernoagă, covering the period of silent film to the beginning of sound film in Romania. They present newsreels and excerpts from documentaries about history, important characters and the significant events from the period between 1928 and 1938. The films respect the original cutting of the documents, the titles used at the time and indicate the names of producers and directors.
