A reflection on the permanent process of territorial and social exclusion suffered by a considerable part of the population of Brasília and its surroundings. With the so-called Invasion Eradication Campaign and the foundation of Ceilândia in the seventies as historical references, the characters in the film – either real or fictional –experience the changes in the city.
