Vishan is jockey. In Mauritius, it is a very special status, because races are true passions. One day, Vishan has an accident that keeps him away from the races. Traditional medicine cannot help him so he turns himself toward religion and believes of the island. He sees Dada, the healer, who succeeds, thanks to many prays, to eliminate Vishan’s pain in his shoulder. Through these two characters, the tradition of Mauritius is reviewed.
