*Zicocratie* is a documentary investigating the links between creation and leadership. The pitch involves inserting a few key-guests in the middle of a band (the *MegaOctet*, fusion-jazz), during the rehearsals. The guests come from politics, economics, sports, media, etc... And have been selected according to their own experience of authority, to lead the movie to a striking observation and analysis of the creation process.
