Daft Punk, Laurent Garnier, Stardust... The French sound is in fashion. To such an extent that the English who, since the Beatles, have reigned absolute over the pop planet, have been obliged to find a name for it : the "French touch".
Since the emergence, in the early 1990s, of electronic music (house, techno, jungle...) designated for ease by the generic term of Techno, French producers have been in luck.
