"Mountains, hills, meadows: landscapes are like open books in the valleys of the Georgian Caucasians. They inspire the inhabitants who read books or act out poems to celebrate love and nature. My two protagonists recite or read the poetry of Vaja Pchavéla, Charles Ferdinand Ramus, Baudelaire. It does not only speak of love and nature, but also evokes causes of concern: among the trees that weep and cracked bells, we hear the sounds of an approaching danger, a premonition of a possible fall."
