A set of impressions collected during several stays on the Breton islands Ouessant, Sein and Molène. « L’Angle du monde allows the real to be seen as both inner and outer presence, an opaque otherness that can however turn into an intimate space. Boundless duration and distance of inwardness opening up to the infinite ever-transforming landscape. The mysterious movement of clouds, the rhythm of back-lit waves or the silent sliding of a hardly identifiable human figure, everything seems to be transformed, unreal and reinvented by light, in a poetical world reminding of paintings by Turner or Friedrich, and of texts by Poe or Baudelaire. » (Violeta Salvatierra)
