The University of Tamatave is supposed to be training the future managers of Madagascar, yet students' daily life seems made up of disorder, indiscipline, insalubrious conditions, indeed insecurity. Political fatalism is already the dominant mood and students and administration blame each other for the situation. Campus B5 is a mirror image of a suffering country.
