Enkhjargal is a young Mongolian woman living in an isolated sum/village in the Gobi desert.
She decides to sell ice cream in order to earn money for her studies.
This economic activity turns out to be a real endeavour and appears to be surrealistic to our eyes, due to the place and conditions in which has to be carried out.
Enkhjargal has to take a public taxi-jeep and drive for 8 hours through the dessert and Mongolian steppes to reach the first town where the ice creams is available.
The whole venture is complicated by the fact that she needs to carry her fridge with her and that there is virtually no electricity in her sum where the ice-cream is supposed to be sold.
