After having ridden 6,000 kilometers on his home trainer, a cyclist-philosopher takes the decision to ride his bike to follow the footsteps of Dada, between Paris, Zurich and Berlin. 10 stages of 130 kilometers over 15 days.
On this pilgrimage, two fellows are following him: a “camera-man” who has already made many movies (in his head), and a business consultant who spends most of his life running around in circles (in his head too).
During this journey, they must face the atrocities of the 20th century and their endless repetition: wars of all kinds, submission of man to technique, desertification of landscapes and minds...
his absurdity and disenchantment will force them to find their own place in their immediacy, to negotiate with their own contradictions and to keep in touch with their children’s dreams. To do so, they will make... “un film idiot”!
