The teenage Girls of Angered United advanced from 5th to 2nd division in the Swedish Football League and the goal was to reach the Premier division.
But in the spring of 2014 five girls leave the team in protest that they are not provided with a qualified trainer.
The remaining girls lose their motivation and Angered United is threatened to shut down when new trainer Anna arrives. Will she be able to help the team survive or is it too late?
The film is also about friendship and relations. Girls who have been best friends since early childhood are now enemies.
