La Boucle documentaire is a network of fifteen organisations of directors structured on a national or regional level. A large part of our year has been devoted to discussions on the reform of the enhanced aid system at the CNC Audivisual Support Fund (former Cosip), following a recommendation by the Conseil d’État which made all audiovisual productions eligible for the enhanced funds and threatened to imperil the financial balance of the support fund. What does all this mean? To understand the outcome of these discussions and what is at stake for filmmakers, come to meet us!
