Respecting the individual's right to an image in prison
Thursday, 25, 11:00 am — 1:00 pm, collective screening Room.

Projection of the film Le Déménagement and meeting with the support committee.
Because convicted prisoners expressed themselves with their faces undisguised, the film Le Déménagement was banned from television. By imposing the systematic blurring of inmates' faces, the prison administration flouts the law. The right to free speech is a fundamental freedom. The SCAM, SRF, SPI, OIP, Addoc, the Ligue des Droits de l’Homme, Farapej, elected representatives, philosophers, lawyers and magistrates request that, beyond the broadcast of a non-blurred version of the film, television authorities engage in a reflection on the individual's right to his or her image in prison so that the inmates who so wish retrieve their faces.

Hors Champ
