In 1996, the Reykjavik police force launched a TV channel to broadcast around-the-clock images of 200 video surveillance cameras. This channel, HumaniTV, has been breaking all ratings records. It is an insult to ethics and civil liberties. This film analyses a success story that soon may be relayed in other countries.
