Film report of the bicycle Warsaw-Berlin-Prague for amateurs, with participants of most western countries, with a British winner. The race was meant as a protest for peace. In the prologue of the film, the destroyed city of Warshaw were over 700.000 people died is shown, and the post-war recontruction projects. The film shows in propagandistic way the other cities the tour passes, and they are all seen in the light of the optimistic reconstruction.
