A movement in time and space
Benoît Rossel
1995 - 24 min - Vidéo - Suisse
In 1993, Bob Wilson created "Orlando" with Isabelle Huppert as the actress. The film retraces the story of a meeting between a director and his actress. It culminates on the evening of the première. The privileged position of the camera allows the spectator to better understand the analogies between the theatre of Wilson, dance, the plastic arts, architecture, music... Then slowly Isabelle Huppert finds her own freedom, transcending formal discipline, by playing her role in Orlando.
