Speaker's Corner ou un coin pour parler

In the very heart of London, at Speaker's Corner, orators come and defend their causes in front of bystanders. They try to convince people and succeed, at least, to entertain them.
This free-speech exercise is allowed thanks to a 1872 law which authorises citizens to express themselves about religious, political or religious matters.
In Belfast, North Ireland under British rule, words are not so free. The "Orange Order", ultra conservatives Poretestant, are preparing a parade. Catholics are trying to oppose in pacifically but facing the British police and be perilous.
Although London and Belfast belong to the same country, law is different from one place to another. Actually, it seems, that anything can be said at Speaker's Corner while ordinary folks of Belfast can hardly be heard in North Ireland.
