Live by oneself – live together – live free? The film forms a mosaic about and around housing, through three places, three ways of living somewhere, three perspectives : what where you live generates and reveals. Our social links, and our intimate connection to the others, inbetween choice and constraint, in France, here and now. A real estate agency in a small French town, a Town Planning Works in an ill-fated Parisian district, and all-year-round campers in a campingsite near Toulouse : it’s both investigation, journey and meditation. Where you live, but above all : a tale of solitude and freedom, and also, maybe, a way of sharing.
