A documentary road movie in South America. The movie concentrates on the question of "chance". Fifteen characters are dealing with the gap between sureness and chance, handling the antagonism between stability and movement. Also the road that led the couple from the Atlantic Ocean to the Pacific was chosen by chance.
The problem was the ambiguity of capturing the phenomenon of chance and at the same time setting a frame for the experience itself.
