This film narrates the experiences of 24 children and teenagers from 8 to 14, who with their families have survived the floods that struck the Venezuelan coast and the state of Vargas in 1999. Amidst the misfortune of Vargas entire populations have disappeared, and with them, small and big stories, intimate and collective ones.
