I met Raymonde Baurès when I was 18. She was 60 then. I have this deep recollection of her pride when she referred to her as a communist. Almost twenty years later, she called me on the phone and so we met again.
For months, she told me about her childhood and her commitments... The factory, the war, the exile... We were preparing a film together, but Raymonde died before the shooting began. Through the story of our meeting, this film wants to pay tribute to her.
