Who knows the adventure of the 15 requisitioned companies of Marseilles from 1944 to 1948?
It is however quite uncommon those 15,000 workmen reach and take part in the management of their company and carry out significant benefit in addition!
Accompanied by the historian Robert Mencherini, last actors of this adventure, whose Raymond Aubrac, at the time regional Police chief of the Republic in Marseilles, revive this episode while reconsidering the spot even of their work. In the social and popular boiling of the Release, they invented a form of "participative management", a democratic model of the organisation of work in the company.
