We are under the sea in a nuclear submarine, living with the soldiers. Far from their home, they have to prepare themselves to throw the nuclear missiles if the President decide it.
Every day during their secret mission, these "Men of deterrent power" have to assume this possibility.
Decided by Charles De Gaulle, the nuclear deterrent power is the only way he find to become politically and military independent after the Second World War.
