In Great Britain the press readily denounces the all-powerful "old boys", former pupils of the "public schools" and Oxbridge.
A journalist, Mr. Walter Ellis, has recently published a book, "The Oxbridge Conspiracy". "The United Kingdom, he writes, a country of fifty-seven million inhabitants [...], is dominated by an academic free-masonry which, although it only represents barely 2 % of the educated people in the country, continues to insinuate itself in all the places in the nation where decisions are made." Also : "The establishment, the British dominant class for whom [...] the sense of duty coincides exactly with personal interest, is above all a product of Oxbridge."
The film presents the arguments of those who are for and against the Oxbridge system.
