We are in Mauritania. The movie is a journey towards Southern East to the Malian border in Achemin deep in the desert. The Nomadic Group from the Mauritanian National Guard is a Mehari Unit made up of hundred and fifty soldiers. It has several missions; one is to protect the Nomads who are a target for some armed gangs; administrative missions, census, tax collection but also give a precious hand, a volunteer help to these people who are one of the most disinherited of the world, helping them in their life with their problems: tree plantation, healthcare, maintenance of the wells, and organization of the water distribution that can be a cause of accident during the dry season.
This is the work of these policemen that we discover with the movie.
