The theatre, La Minoterie, located in the Marseille quarter of la Joliette, is going to be destroyed. A new theatre is in the process of being built.
L'art de ne rien faire, literally, the art of doing nothing, portrays in pictures the progression of a director in crisis, transforming his incapacity to work into the very motor of his creative research.
He draws on this hindrance and the story of the theatre which is going to be destroyed in an attempt to succeed in his own transition.
